JULIA / Una tragedia naturalista

(2000)

The earth is a penitentiary colony in which we must suffer the punishment of crimes committed in a previous existence from which we hold a vague memory in our consciences pushing us to excel. We are all, therefore, criminals and the pessimistic one is not wrong when he always thinks and says evil of his neighbour.
August Strindberg, Inferno
